Bill Pauling is the Owner of Xtreme Exterminators, LLC. He attended the University of Oklahoma, spending most of his career in the Oil & Gas Industry where he helped engineer products to increase methane gas production. After years of traveling across the US, he decided it was more important to be home with his family.

He began working for Buggy Bob’s, owned by his Father-in-law. It was during this time when he realized his passion for pest control. He attended classes at Oklahoma State University’s Department of Agriculture, where he received his General Pest Certification.

With a rich background spanning over 8 years in the logistics industry, including a standout 4-year tenure at FedEx Ground, Aaron seamlessly transitioned into a dynamic 7-year sales role with a top 25 builder. His dedication to excellence earned him the prestigious top 1% in customer satisfaction nationwide, as recognized by AVID reports.

During a unique transition to America's largest home builder, Aaron embarked on a journey with his neighbor, Bill Pauling, discovering a newfound passion for pest control. Aaron brings a unique blend of logistics expertise, sales acumen, and a newfound enthusiasm for creating pest-free spaces to his endeavors.
